Hello all

I'm hoping you can help me out here. I've had my Logo 400 ready to go for about two months. Bought a pair of SAB 430 blades only to find that they don't fit because the blade grips on the logo have a 4mm bolt hole - the SABS have a 3mm bolt hole. I know there are fliers out there who are using the Radix and Maniac blades - are these 4mm bolt holes with a bushing? I'm not in the habit of drilling out holes in blades for obvious reasons if they have a 3mm bolt hole. Nowhere and no one seems to be able to answer my questions from all the heli shops in the UK. I've looked on the the Mikado website and they do supply blades and there are blade grips no:MIK4205 which I think have the 3mm bolt hole - but nobody sells them in the UK I can't believe I'm having this much trouble getting a set of glass or carbon blades to fit this thing! If anyone can help that would be great.

Thanks

Scott

Drilling them will be fine as longs as you use a 4mm bit and do it carefully........Ron

Some blades have a brass insert, and the insert can be punched out. Of the ones over the years I've seen, the remaining hole after the brass insert comes out is 4mm.

I use these to mount the blades with 3mm holes. No need to drill the blades.
