These guys are a joke, not to mention flat out thieves.lol.

I watch their forum some and the number of dissatisfied customers is staggering.I have bought from them as well and received "Used Junk".
Unreal.
Here is a post I just read...

Xheli and their 100% satisfaction guarantee and "friendly" customer service
« on: Today at 04:11:05 PM » Quote

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My girlfriend ordered me an HM53#8 for Christmas from Xheli.com. It arrived on Dec 24. It didn't work out of the box. Initially we were told via email that we would receive an rma#; for which we waited... and waited... and waited. After several non-committal cryptic replies, eventually we were sent a copy of the BS "Warranty" which essentially blames the customer for ANYTHING wrong with the helicopter out of the box. We continued to ask for help, and after 2 1/2 months, we finally received an rma#. At this point we had still never reached anybody over the phone. We were told that it was out of stock, and that it would be an additional 4-6 weeks. After the 6 weeks was up, I called and called and called.... and FINALLY got somebody on the phone. Somebody named "Paul". This is when it went from bad to worse.

"Paul" started out nice enough. He asked what he could do for me. I explained the situation, brought up the 100% satisfaction guarantee listed on the website, and asked if he could help. I told him that at this point, only one thing would be appropriate; an upgrade. "Paul" basically laughed at me. "That's never going to happen" he said. He offered to give me a refund. I brought up the "guarantee" again, and asked him if his company cared about it's customers. "We are just one company out of many, sir" he said. I told him that I had worked in retail and customer service, and that my customers MATTERED to me... that I cared about them, and wanted them to be happy. "I can give you a refund". "So you don't care?" I asked him. Silence. "OK, I will take a refund, but I will be all over the forums telling my story". "DO IT!" he said "DON'T JUST TALK ABOUT IT, DO IT!, AND PUT THAT IN THERE TOO!"

So here it is "Paul".

Consider this a warning to anyone considering buying from this horribly managed company. DO NOT BUY FROM XHELI. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Apparently, for Xheli, customer service - isn't.

I literally never use the word literally right.

No issues with Xheli with our flying group. We started buying EXI 450's from them last year. We just had three guys buy their $39 special in the past week and all arrived as expected with fast shipping.

Heli's require knowledge on setup and I think many newbies really don't understand how complicated they can be and take it out on the merchant.

I'm no noob and I know junk when I see it.
I'm glad that you are having a positive experience with them and hope you continue but if you read through the thousands(no exageration)of customer service problems you'll see a terrible trend of CS being completely and totally ignored.I've seen things come to me personally that were obviously used and previously crashed. There are countless times empty boxes are delivered.I know a guy personally that works with UPS.He has showed me the empty boxes Xheli sends them every month. These are for damaged packages. If a box is smashed in transit,Xheli has given UPS permission and materials to repackage it and deliver it.I don't know which is doing the worse of two evils there.UPS or Xheli???

I know many EXI lovers and agree they are a very cost effective heli.
I have seen the EXI 500 and it is in many ways superiour to my Align 500's.(Not counting the EXI main shafts).

I'm not speaking to the quality of the manufacturer just the crooked dealings of this one sales warehouse.

I literally never use the word literally right.

I have bought from them many times and I have never had a problem. I agree that their products and prices attract noobs who crash and return to X-heli for a "damaged in shipping" refund.

In this hobby you get what you pay for!

I bought and used a full head set up from the 99.00 dollar e-heli (trex450 clone), and put it on my ARK400 and it worked flawlessly.

Shipping was fast and accurate. X-heli also has some cool stuff, dirt cheap. Like some tool kits, but you need to order them ahead of time, as they sell out super fast, so get your name on the list.

As far as the 500 series they introduced, I would say stay away, but I have no evidence of this being good or bad, But, I would just stay away, as that is a bunch of power, to be flying apart at the field.

I learned my lesson buying those 50 dollar trex clones awhile back. THEY eat all you money and flying time up, as they are always down on the bech. That is just NO FUN!!

If I were you, I would go for a Mini Titan, and be done with it. The kit alone is extremly cheap, but you will need all componets to make it fly right.

I have this for sale or trade if you are interested:

Mini Titan(Mint Condition)
CF boom
Metal mixing arms
TT new ripper motor
TP 40 amp esc(a real bad ass esc to)new
Next D Rave blades(CF)
Green paddles3D paddles
3 s batterys
JR6102 TX
RX JR700
Hitec HS-65 servos

What I want:

CC 80 amp esc with Program Card
500 sized motor
425 Blades
Ditigal servos 9650'S, or JR's (3)
4S - 6S LIPOS
Charger capible of 6-8 s charging capacitys

Good Luck man!!
