Hi guys,

Could someone please tell me the way to install the flybar that works on my Gaui 200 V1?

The manual doesn't seem to explain it clear enough, mainly having problems with play in the flybar.

Thank you.

just slide the flybar through the head, measure both sides to make sure they are equal, then tighten up the tiny screws on the flybar cage. there is some play in the gaui head, but don't be concerned with it too much. not sure if this helps. let me know.

Sorry I should have explained my problem a little more. It's the centre I'm having problems with, inside the cage. The washers and screws that go into the flybar, I am not sure what goes where.

Currently I've put one gold washer on the outside and one on the inside of the bearing, but doing that has a lot of slop.

I've tried putting both on the inside but I can't seem to make the flybar fit then...

Thanks for the reply.

If anyone else is reading then I fixed it by installing the 4 gold washers all on the inside of the bearings. NOT as the manual says..

Much better now, no sideways slop at all and still free as anything, even with the screws tightened all the way.

You have to pop the bearings out with some force, heat doesn't help. Doesn't damage them so no worries.

Flight test tomorrow. Must admit the head set-up is a little funny, full negative and the flybar throw kinda locks up at the ends, probs fine in flight.

while your correct it shouldnt happen in flight you want to drop the amount of negative you have as mine does not do that.

Thanks littleman, that's what I did last night and it seemed to work great today, just hovering etc in my garden, too small to do anything else but seemed nice. Cyclic is so much better.

Want to test it out in some mild 3D tomorrow, but might be raining .
