is anywhere selling them ready to go yet, something that would give similar power to a 6s 5000 lipo for a 600. ??

Yup bp hobbies sells 6s packs, and I believe maxamps, esprit models and some others sell ready made packs with taps. I think a 7s2p would replace a 6s 5000 lipo MIT last much longer. While your at it though you should go high voltage, maybe 10s1p or 12s1p
