Just to let everyone know. I ordered an OSD from range video early march. After no delivery and promises to ship, I got an e-mail this morning with a return of funds.

Sorry about that. The OSD was out of stock for a while. There are a couple of pre orders and they are being shipped in the order received. Early March is a long wait, but some are waiting since December. Good news is that the OSD is now in stock.

Of course, if you request a refund you can have your money back.

Funny how its now in stock, the same day the money was refunded. Just to let everyone know, I've spent about a grand with Range Video in the past 60 days, with out a hicth until the OSD. You should ship one to me just for the delay.

That's not what he said.... he said the delay was due to out of stock condition and currently back orders (the ones ahead in line before you) are being fulfilled first.

At least that's how I understood it.

Yes, its coincidence. They just came in stock a day ago. In a week we should be shipping current orders same or next day.

Vova, I think you just need to communicate a bit more to your customers. I mean tell them by email that their order will be delivered lately, and better give a date if possible... And then you may have more happy customers!
Communication is always very important...

By the way, any improvement planned to your OSD to make it autopilot an heli?

I am staying away from helis and have my trex500 locked up. Big blades and high RPMs and hard to pilot.

Do 3D not FPV.

Amen to that. I have been drooling over your OSD for months. I will order one soon but please don't turn into another Askman where no emails or phone calls are returned. I defended Andrey to a fault only to realize that things were REALLY bad. Lack of communication will only make people question your service. Thanks Vova.

Yea Vova, you need to work on the communication part.

Remember the faulty power plug on the vid cam i bought you promised to replace 4-5 months ago?, never received anything, nor any replies to any of my 4-5 mails asking about it...

Not very impressive!

Lack of communication was my chief complaint. Weeks with out return e-mails. When I ordered the OSD there was NO indication of lack of stock, the item was shown to be in stock and ready to shipp. I did e-mail about seven or eight times with no communication until I used his full name.

Also, on the OSD page there was a note on the top of the screen in red.

I cant reply to each mail which asks when the OSD will be shipped. All updates are already posted on the on the OSD page. I replied once to this mail, saying it will be ready March 30th.

Im sorry I didn't (still dont !)have the 2.1mm barrel plugs with smaller inner diameter. The adapter cables seem to fit all equipment except the KX191 (smaller inner pin, I guess)
