Use the stock clunk and filter your fuel out of the fuel jug.

Slap a OS BL clunk in it and your set. My 700 has one and never gives me any trouble.

Last note, Synergy rejects anything Align.
My Synergy doesn't care that I use my Trex blade holder. In fact, he just sits there and stares at me when I dress him up in his Radix blade holder.

I have to disagree. I have been flying with Rock for over 2 years. I know it was not operator error. His Synergy is definetly rejecting the Align engine and trying to destroy it.
Hey buddy - what engine did you order for your Synergy #2 ???

That's what stopped the chunk of foam from getting into my engine.

After having about 3-4 foam Magnets disintegrate on me (after trying all manner of fixes) I have gone to a Bubbless Clunk on all my Nitros and they are working great until almost the last drop now.

I actually think the question should be "Who does NOT user in in-line filter?"

Heck I even run a second one on the line from my Slimline Fueling deal.

I have no fuel magnet problems after at least 40 flights on a OS hyper. I even pulled the foam out to check it and it is great! I just fuel up right after the flight and leave the tank full all the time.

From my understanding that fuel magnet and Bubbless Clunk are two different thing. Fuel magnet use when not using the header tank but OS bubbless clunk just help to stop having bubble in the fuel line, not to replace the header tank. Please correct me if I am wrong.

They both slow the flow of fuel back out of the clunk line (when it is not submerged). The Magnet does not allow it out at all, the Bubbleless slows it down a LOT. They perform a similar function and I have had no leaning issues whilst using the BB Clunk. On the other hand I have had that damn Magnet fall apart on me several times. Never again...YMMV.

Sometimes in peoples quest to have the latest and greatest, the most worthless things are purchased. Everyone wants the latest thing available. Everyone wants to sell a gimmick or the latest self-help book on Oprah.

Only had mine for since the beginning of the year with no problems. When used properly they work great.

When my heli crashes, I'll be sure to blame the FM though.
