An international customer called me a couple weeks ago and said he had a crash and needed to get his "XL" mount repaired. I told him to put it in a box and ship it to me and send me an email with current shipping address for return. I now have the mount repaired however he never sent an email and I disposed of the box he had sent it in. I have been waiting for him to call to get an update of the repair but no call has come in.

Hopefully the customer will see this and give me a call.
