Yep, since my Raptor isn't ccpm I had to mod the existing swash, a machinist hooked me up though because I didnt want to bugger up a perfectly good swash plate with my limited machining skills.Andy

Axe, this crew has you on the right track. I am using a Hawk head since it came predrilled for the follower. the links I'm talking about are the ones on the grips as you noted. They are the medium length from Century. See how they reduce the twist on the links? The blades are Heli max 550's and required no balanceing. What else? Oh, the linkage... I got some thread stock from my LHS and used Hirobo links. The head assy comes with no instructions so you'll have to figure it out or come here for help. Piece of cake. Crewdogg
