Since both the metal version as the plastic version of the 4.0 software are expected to be released at the same time, I suppose they are now working on the metal version. Patience is a virtude

Then you need to buy Team Mikado some plane tickets so they can come down and finnish their testing.

V4 already works on Alu/USB version out of the box.
Its only old serial version that needs special care.

There is an infinite number of configurations of helis out there, beta-testers are working their butt off to try as many configs as possible, so when v4 is released , at least one preset is working for you (at least ok, then you can tweak it for your liking).

I dont know when it might be released, only VStabi people can answer that, Im sure they have pressure from Mikado to do so as soon as its possible.

I understand the need for thorough testing and I appreciate it. I, like many others, am just very excited to get more out of our V-bars with less effort.

Really fine...
Hi,

being in the center of Germany, I can tell you weather is fine.
Today temps reached 20°C, still a bit windy, we had gusts of
5 Bft. yesterday, today a bit less. No rain this week.
But Vbar 4.0 testing is done worldwide....

Enjoy your time and charge as many batteries as possible,
you'll need them

after sunrise before work...

I really appreciate all the job that beta-testers do. Mikado does a right thing not letting the "unfinished" product out to the market. After all, it's "announced" as a radical innovation, and not just as an upgrade... This marketing strategy surely puts a bit of a quality press on them, but I'm sure that the final version of V.4 will be outstanding
