straith Not quite straight, but not curved either. Used to describe 3D maneuvers.
This is great. Made me laugh. Would like to add to it.

straith - Not quite straight, but not curved either. Used to describe 3D maneuvers.(2)Align(TM) torque tube assymbly.(3)Not too bent.(4)A shape being almost, but not quite an "S", and therefore good 'nuff.(5)A precision part having less than 1" runout.

Chicken Dance (1) Graceful and fluid maneuver involving continuous flipping pirouettes at ground level or below while shedding parts everywhere and having its pilot in hot pursuit. (2) Inefficient way of digging a non linear trench (see Straith) with a helicopter. (3) The act of extracting multiple core samples (see core sample)

Maticulas - Construction and assembly discipline which automatically infers any subsequent crash or hovering self-destruct is the result of PCM lockout; regardless of whether blades have been mounted backwards, 1 of 3 cyclic servos are operating in reverse, or jesus bolt mysteriously dissolves. It has been scientifically proven that the aforementioned assembly discipline can never be questioned after a resultant departure from flight

Divot - The artistic removal of earth usually in the shape of a helicopter or mainblade profile following figure 9, chicken dance, or any preferred departure from flight.(see crater)(2) The unsuccessful creation of a non-linear trench

Flight pack - Redundant excessive electronic component additionally used as ballast. Preferrably installed in a discharged condition so as to reduce excess weight

Hoovering - An advanced aerobatic maneuver consisting of random collective and cyclic overcorrections meant to confuse master 3D champions into believing the practicioner is a new pilot.(2)Synchronized inhalation of pressurized air into mouth, nose, and rectum during a maiden flight

Y'all forgot a big one:

Ground Effect - The distance from the center of impact to the furthermost piece of the wreckage.

Extra Point - The act of drop kicking a radio through the center of the helipad after an excruciatingly bad round of FAI.

It's funny you should say that. I was at a mixed FF once and a guy plowed his very expensive jet straight into the ground after take-off. Instant fireball with nothing left but a smoking crater. He was so peeved he immediately threw his very expensive radio across the field.

I was transfixed as the sound of a slot machine running was ringing in my head...

Isn't it amazing the amount of emotion that can be stirred up by the simple act of planting a very expensive item into terra firma?

Ya have to have some empathy for the dude.

"Extensive Pre-Flight"
(as mentioned by DEFILER)
-The act of starting your helicopter and seeing what flies off it.

"Extensive Post Flight"
-Checking to see what's still connected on the helicopter!

"Voltage Check"
-Seeing if servos move when you move the sticks!

"Range Check"
-when you can't see it anymore or it leaves the county your flying in!

"4D"
-Occurs you try to fly the helicopter below ground level!

Alabama Mud Chicken Pie Costly dish made by taking a really expensive MA90 prototype, and dipping it repeatedly into the Birmingham 2009 FF muddy ditch while keeping the head RPM as high as possible until evenly coated, them add video and 50 curious onlookers: and you got "Alabama Mud chicken Pie"

That had to hurt!

A small contribution:

Vortex Ring - A naturally occurring transdimensional portal known to convert a perfect landing approach into an extreme disassembly condition.(2) The reversion of helicopter into its basic kit form

Collective(the) - A tightly-knit secret organization of single, divorced, bankrupt individuals who coincidentally fly toy helicopters

Slight Lean Condition - The act of extracting power out of an internal combustion engine by removing all traces of fuel/oil at the expense of dissolving its moving parts thus justifiably blaming said condition on obvious "manufacturing defects" and/or "quality control issues"

Heli Budget - The complex formula utilized in the acquisition of items related to precision aerobatic food processors which always equals more than the difference of paycheck minus basic sustenance + ~15%

Flybarless (FBL) - Flight condition immediately following the failure of the jesus bolt or removal of obviously redundant paddle set screws

Hydro-Lock - The blockage of neural activity following non-AMA sponsored competition/night fly resulting in spectacularly amusing non-linear trench construction directly related to the consumption of adult beverages

Pinion - Critical drivetrain component intended to grind a rough toothed disc into a perfectly smooth disc for the purposes of forcing an autorotation. (See also Align)

Hatori - Strictly decorative accessory which consequently acts as a magnet to gravity; producing a solid impact interface between planet and said accessory 100% of the time the instant it is installed.(2)Japanese word for "Expensive"

Custom Canopy - Critical structural component which is proven to arrive at point of impact sooner than the airframe it is attached to and provide cushioning crumple zones to redundant electronic components

Edited for stupidity

Can also be disguised as a purpose to elevate said posters status here on the fore mentioned website, "IE i think i will post something stupid since i need one more to make senior heliman

Stimulus : (1)The act of trying to squeeze the sh!t out of something that is already spent. (2)Extra 3 clicks to lean an already hot engine to extract more power. (3)Sudden bowel movement one experiences just before totaling a heli you cant afford to wreck to begin with.
