^^ funny

just to clarify, if i want to flip the grips and mixing arms, the mixing arms are the things attached to the blade grips right?
flipping them would give me more cyclic mix to the blades, right?

so if you do that you not only get better pitch resolution you get increased cyclic as well?

The whole heli will be a lot more sensitive. Its not really recommended for the novice (I'm not implying you are). I personally have no need to do it

I feel the need to jump in here. Personally I've never noticed any difference in control response whether the control links lead or trail the main blades. What WILL change the control response (on the B400) is flipping the mixers that are attached to the grips. As I said earlier in this post (or another), I personally did not like that modification because it made the B400 very "nervous" in hover. Some people may want that tradeoff but not me. I put on light control paddles, a good set of carbon blades and I now consider control response perfect.

Just my two cents.

thanks mitch, i just got some radix blades so thats my next try at better response. i'm going to save flipping the mixers for last if i can't get enough to satisfy me. with 11t pinion and 100% throttle my flip rate is probably about 1 per 1.5-2 seconds. not bad, but its almost easier if its 1 per 0.5-1.0 seconds. some have said just let the head bind at extremes but i'm not going to do that to my $41 per piece servos and possibly have a ball link pop in flight.
