i think it work better with the V curve Rule, soo u wont drop the head speed as in if u work wit flat 100 with Gov, soo while u doing tic toc for an example palying with the coleective, soo u still need to lewer ur headspeed and recover it again on the negative and positive IMO, soo u wont really realise the engine bog unlike on the governer u will see HS drop, and on the 100 flat with gov off u will surely find the headspeed dropp due to full throttle and amp draw form the motor would be higher (the rule will be like ur car if u full throttle all the way for about half an hour u will sureley overheat the engine or the performance will dropp) Just in my hummble OpinionTrex 600,700 AND 450, GY611, GY401, OS5H, OS91HZ, MGP, HS65HB, Scorpion 2221-8,

Trust me - You'll get better performance from a 450 with a straight 100% throttle - If you experiment you'll eventually learn this relationship between speed inertia and blade deflection for yourself - Gear for the head speed/performance you want and run it

Hi guys, just a little update. As the 12T I have on my heli won't take my skills much further, I've stuck a 13T on my Dragonus 450 today (scorpion -8). I'm letting the loctite dry but will try her out tomorrow.

I've taken the flight time down to 4:10 from 5:10, although this is only a guess for now.

Will report back! Can't wait to have more cyclic and less bogging!

Summer here now (well a lot warmer) and the packs were coming down at about 45-50C, quite warm. I've made some extra cooling on the canopy as before there was nothing for the lipo. As I guess with the 13T the packs will be quite a bit warmer.

I just hope that the higher headspeed will help carry the heli though without straining the motor/battery so much.

My new 35C Outrage pack comes off a lot cooler than my old 25C FP packs

WHOA!!! 13T not only has a lot more power (no bogging!) but the packs come down the same temp as before (or cooler), motor same temp and the ESC's the same temp!

Granted flights are currently down to 4 mins, but I will read the mah back in and adjust.

Also the resonance seem to have disappeared in my Dragonus, really strange...!!

4 point tic tocs are now much easier and for some reason hurricanes felt more in control .

8 packs charged for today!
