Is a Logo 500 without the flybarless controller a good deal?

You could always sell one to make room for a new one. Then you wouldn't have "any more" helicopters than you had before.

It was a Logo 500 that was used with all the electronics except for the FBL control unit for $900.00. I've declined the offer because I just don't have the skills yet to justify buying such a nice bird. Looks like this weekend will be a bust with the weather, and I have to run a sailboat race on Saturday. Gotta get the scorpion in the 450 if it will fit. I've got five spare rotor heads for that little bird now, so I'm not too worried about making intimate contact with the ground.

I'm looking for an additional charger to help me with the bigger batteries. I found a Hi-tec charger that will charge two batteries at 10 amps each. The price is $149.00. Any ideas on other chargers? Help me Obiwan!

Mark, I have a couple of chargers of chargers i'd be willing to part with. Had to get a new one for the Xxtreme.

Hyperion Duo 615i = $150
Hyperion Duo 610i = $125
TP 1010/210 combo = $100

They both have the same wattage output 180x2. The 615 will go up to 15A and the 610 will go up to 10A depending on the size battery your trying to charge. Great chargers but they top out at 6S which now isn't enough for my needs.

The TP does 220 watts although I don't remember what the current max is.

PM me if your interested.

Oh yeah, I also have a second Duo 615i that the channel 1 balancer is a little flakey. If you charge unbalanced the channel works fine. Channel 2 works just fine.

If someone wants that i'll let it go for $50. It would work good for someone wanting to charge single packs. If your monitoring the charge you could let the charge get to 90% unbalanced on the channel 1 port, stop it, then let it complete the charge on channel 2 for instance. Or if your careful and understand the risk, charge a pack that you know balances well and go fully unbalanced on channel 1.

Rain rain go away!
I know we need it but it's the worst timing ever. Only been able to hover the 700 once since going out to MI because of the rain. Was looking forward to getting back out there to fly and to return Novas allen (haven't forgotten dude) but looks like rain is gonna keep the helis grounded at least for another week...WEAK!

trex 700e, trex 550e, trex 450 pro, trex 250 pro (all 3gx)...I'd rather be flying!!
