metal to metal will not work well in the long run

There is no plastic insert.
I have this part new in the bag, but I preffer the micro heli with the delrin insert.

I have this part installed on my 600N. While there is no plastic insert, I've noticed no wear or slop yet, but will be keeping an eye on it.

Ive got the Align one , may be when they wear we could drill them out and fit an insert , are the inserts available for the micro heli ones ??
