Diamont Heli
I see that the previous topic was closed.
I guess because the guy was "advertising" the website and not participating by the RR rules.
Anyhow, I was on the list a LOOOOONG time ago to get one of the first of these helis.
Delay after delay after delay (FAR worse than the Aurora or any other US model) and then came word that none were ever delivered stateside. Thank god I never sent any money to anyone.

This heli looks great and is unique amongst its peers.

I know the canopy was supposed to undergo some changes, but it looks the same (spy vs. spy).

This helicopter will be for the pilot who wants to drive the mclaren of helis. If you can afford it and want it, then who cares what it costs!

I'd love to see a stateside supplier of parts and see one up close and personal after all this time.

Hi Chriss,

thanks for your email . All infos are in my reply

For informations, the production started in 2004 with 5 diamont built including the prototype i have, and 30 sets of parts were milled. But the CNC machine collapsed while performing the threads and flipping operations and the whole project has been stopped for almost 3 years.
Now a new Haas Machine has been delivered to Diamont RZK and the productio has restarted since a few month, 24 helilcoters are already ready to build and 75 more in production.
For any informations, thanks to PM me or email me.

Best regards,

Fabien

It looks pretty cool, but today, I will stick to the Xtreme90, or maybe the KASAMA SRIMOK 90 when it comes out.

This does look like a nice machine, but what justifies the price to something like the Kasama bad boy?

I'm not looking to put it down, just want some clarity.

The parts, lots of parts, highly engineered though would take a few days to put together

So you are saying this heli is expensive because of the # of parts? Wow, my SJM 400 must be worth a fortune!!

A company can charge what they want for their product, so don't get me wrong, just wanted to know what I would be buying if I bought this. My guess is that they are low volume, and single CNC machine making the parts, which would naturally makes things very expensive to produce.

Hi,

we are sorry that Fabien closed his company.
So at that time we don,t have a world-wide distributor.
