Think i should lean the idle all the way till it runs better done it about 30 deg to the lean so fare. it is a new engine tho did not want to go to fare.

I had a hyper I had to go full lean to get to run. Every engine is different. Lean it until it idles.

2 things to check.
Is your starter battery fully charged?
I've had flooding before when my field battery wasn't charged and it couldn't turn over the engine and the glow plug wasn't hot enough.

Also, I've flooded the engine when I forgot to remove the muffler plug!
It was worse when I used to use a golf tee to plug the muffler.
Now I have an align muffler plug and I added a "Remove before flight" tag on it to remind me!

Something that sound like this happened to one of my friends and it turned out that the carb was not fully seated at its' place. We moved the carb down about 1mm and then everything was fine.
