Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the V stabi can be used on a Raptor 50 without converting to eCCPM? I have tried searching but can't find anything and I also have tried the V stabi site without any success.

Oh **** ! this is going to be expensive?

Hi,

I'm no expert and my vstabi only arrived 2 days ago but there does appear to be an option in the software for conventional swash operation. I'll see if i can hook it up in the next few days to confirm this.

The Sk360 can do mccpm so don't see why the vstabi would not.

Thanks for the reply,

I have looked in the setup software and can't find a swash setting the same as the Raptor, I got frustrated and gave up after a couple of hours trying to find the correct swash setting in the setup screens, If the is one I wish somebody would let me know?

Oh **** ! this is going to be expensive?

Yes, or atleast it is how i have set it up on my machine, as far as i have come with my setup.
What rotorhead are you going to have? When i used the csm720 solution for FBL i used the stock metal headblock and grips only modified with longeer arms on the grips. With that solution i can have nearly +-20 degrees cyclic throw and i had to decrease the throw a little to much to have it suitable, on my new vstabi setup i am going to use a trex headblock and mikado grips with the arms longer away from the main shaft.

Nik,

I am planning to use a RC lightning 5 blade V2 head on my TT Hughs MD500. I have had to change the swash to a Vario as the Lightning head is a 120 deg setup.

Oh **** ! this is going to be expensive?
