Pfft, that's nothing. Your guy has already spent (it's not like it won't be approved by Congress) 1.5 Trillion and he hasn't even been sworn in yet. Just imagine the bill he and the other democrats will have run up by the 2010 mid-term elections. If you think you have the public behind you think again. The general public has the attention span of a goldfish, 11.5 seconds. So you'd better hope things turn around or you'll be looking at 1994 all over again.

Democrats reduce spending on defense, and are afraid to defend the US against it's enemies. Simple as that.

I have lived long enough to be able to see it with my own eyes. Not going to argue just my observations in the 57 years I've been around. Keep it civil.

across those same time frames

Carter - did nothing as Radical Islam took over Iran and began spreading

Reagan - took out Soviet Union as a credible threat.

G HW Bush - Gulf war

Clinton - slash military, AND ride income from monster tech bubble. So anything less than 0 deficit was just hiding where the money came from. Not to mention ignores USS Cole, original WTC bombing and a few others.

GW Bush. Takes over economy after tech bubble bursts, plus 9/11, plus ongoing war to prevent one gigantic majority of people coming together who feel their god says it is ok to kill us...

Hey Apache, how come your chart doesn't show any data for 2007 or 2008? I can understand '08 data possibly not being available yet but what about 2007? Or is it that the people that made the chart don't want to show any data that shows a connection between Democrats that controlled Congress, and the nations purse strings, and the defecit spending of the last two years?

And on the same note, will you be as quick to post the same chart when it includes data from 2009 and 2010 that shows how the Democrats, with full control of the budget, set an all-time record high for defecit spending?

Just curious.

Have the chart show who was in charge of Congress during the ups and downs, given it is their role to control spending and borrowing. Pretty idiotic to ascribe it to the president, but that is par for the course for libtard dummies.

Then show another chart which defines the increase in GDP during various administrations.

Lies, damn lies and statistics. You know the drill.

Wait, on second thought, just post the same tripe even BIGGER

This kinda crap will be going on for years. They will never recognize the damage Clinton did and the good Bush did for them and the rest of the world. Its not in their genes at all.

The weirdo lefty media will support them in their wet dreams forever.
