I have been having a hard time getting the fan off of my raptor 50 v2. Are there any tricks to getting it off? Its mounted on a TT50 engine.

You can try heating it up a little in the oven. 250-300 for 5-10 mins usually helps.

You need a crank lock and a fan removal tool. Very expensive!

Use an old toothbrush handle to lock the crank - from the back, not the piston.

Take a paint scraper and drill holes in the blade to match the pattern of the fan. Screw it to the fan, lock the crank and presto!
