Running mine with the Align regulator at 5.8v and no problems its been over 18 months with out as problem.
But i am not sure about going the 0.2v further tp go the full 6v.

The Futaba site doesn't spec this servo at 6.0 volts. It's my experience that when they DON'T supply a 6.0 spec, that the maximum voltage is no greater than 5.8 V. I'd say that running at 6.0 is a definite NO.

I am running a 2200mah 7.4v lipo. I purchased a couple of em from HK and they are very good.
also on what machine is this mounted?
I am running this setup on my Trex 600E pictures in my gallery.

I used to run 3 9255's @ 6volt in a Synergy for about a year, I was also using the Fromeco reg and battery.

Never had a problem, reliable solid setup. Not to say everyone is okay to do it, but in my experience it was fine.
