Are the ferrite rings on speed controls nescessary with 2.4 Ghz systems. I am under the impression that the 2.4 systems are imune to the interfearance coming from speed controls.

Has anyone taken there ring off and had no problems?

Thanks,
Harlan

2.4Ghz is less likely to suffer from RF noise from the speed controller , but it could still be effected by conducted noise . I would fit the ring .

At the end of the day , it gets dark .
