Hi why does sometime the led on it stays solid and some time blinks?

It's the programming. first time you turn on tx then rx you get solid light. But if you turn off and then on rx without turning tx off and on again and the light flashes, the rx is warning you of a low volt reboot. Some times you will get a different flashing rate and no connect, if so move tx farther away when turning on rx.

Go to the Spektrum website, and READ about the Quickconnect feature. And about the Low Voltage Warning signal.

It's all in there and explains in plain english what the blinking LED actually means.
