I'm all done putting the new e550 together and I was setting up the tail gyro and noticed lots of slope on the ball link at the bottom of the tail slider that connects to the tail pitch control lever.
I have not yet disassembled it to see if it's the ball sloppy w/ the control arm or if the ball was not tight onto the slider yet.

Is this normal for the stock kit?

You shouldn't have any slop. The ball might be loose on the control slider or the ball link is warn.

Screw holding the ball link on the tail slider was not tight.
tightened it up but now the slider won't slide back onto the tail shadft. I think I must have used too long of a screw or something and the screw is going in and pushing/warping the brass bushing.
Gonna order a new slider brass piece cause I can't get this back on. I guess I'll cut down the screw before putting it back in.
