Hi all.
I've had my TRex 450XL CDE for some time. It flies around OK, but I find much more enjoyment out of flying my smaller Blade CP Pro. In fact, I haven't flown the TRex in over 3 months. (I would like a 500D fuse!)

I don't do any 3D or loops yet. Just cruising around the sky. Perhaps it's the intimidation (danger) factor, I don't know. It seems the Blade is easier to fly. I have a tach, but it's the boom-mount type that looks up into the rotor and have never been able to get it to work. I think my head speed may be too high or something. I have the Futaba GY240 gyro in it and have tried it with both HH on and off. (I also used the HS65MG servos all over)

I know there are too many variables involved with this, but any pointers on where I should start looking?

I built it using the recommendations on the TRex tuning site /buildccpm1.php and /setuptrex.php

Thanks for any pointers.

I tried both heli and found 450XL is easier to fly then the CP Pro. CP's linkage and swash are just seems a little lose fit.
