Is that the autonomous system that was posted a few weeks ago?

If yes, I'd be interested!

I don't know what happened to those guys. They were all interested in talking to me ( about distributing...) and said they'd call me, and never did. Hope they found someone.

Rhett..... I can't fly, but the Profi sure can.

Going by the end of the other thread, it looks like they did.

That's what worried me about them : it seems like once they got what they were after, they weren't interested.

Doesn't sound good for support. I'll wait until a few others have tested them out.

Vortex : I would be interested to see the manual too. Can you put it somewhere for download ?.

Barry.

From the Lead Project Engineer's CV:

Born in Hunan, China and received BS degree in electrical engineering and economics (with honours) from Carnegie-Mellon University, MA degree in mathematics and PhD degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley. Worked as a research scientist in the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of MIT and as an assistant professor in the Robotics and Manufacturing Laboratory of New York University. Received the University Scholar Award from Carnegie-Mellon University, the E.I. Jury Award from UC Berkeley, the Research Initiation Award from the National Science Foundation, the ALCOA Fellowship from the ALCOA Foundation and the E. Anthony Fellowship from UC Berkeley.
Now is the director of the Automation Technology Center (ATC).

I don't see " Five years at the Ms. Manners charm school" in there, so be patient if you don't get an immediate response; he's got a lot on his plate. Being at the beckon call of five or six RR customers is probably not a priority, they're looking at hundreds of these units for many other venues.

Thanks for the manual Chris; looks like we've all got some reading to do!!!

Yes, but I have to get up for a friend's wake. Interment tomorrow.
So, loss of sleep is not a big deal today.

Looking forward to reports from those first users.

The installation looks like a good fit for the Joker AP landing gear.

I would do it here at RR but I do not want to violate any RR rules. Sorry in advance Mark if this post is a violation.

I don't get it. What rules are being violated with posting your experience with a product?
