Yipee!!!!

It's 23 freakin degrees below zero!

Ya know, I could have gone to a good school, made something of myself and wintered where it is warm. But NO! I wanted to work on airplanes!

Brrrr......

I think the coldest it got here in Kansas City last night was -4. The only problem was a water main broke up the street so our back yard is an ice skating rink this morning and my trucks tires were frozen in about 4 inches of ice out front. It also didn't help that they were out jack hammering the road all night. The cold isn't so bad though. After working in it you just learn to deal with it. There isn't anything you can do to change it and complaining only makes it feel colder. It will be 90 degrees with 90% humidity soon enough and that will be just as miserable. In the cold you can always put more clothes on. In the summer there is only so much you can shed.
