If you look on your carbs you will see a "H" and "L" just below each needle. Turn both needles all the way in and then back them each out 1 3/8 turns. This is a rich setting for breaking in that a number of pilots use.
For the first couple of gallons you should leave the needles here. It will be rich like I said.
What kind of oil are you running, and at what mix?
