Hey everyone, My apartment was broken into and robbed the other day and among many things they got me for my blade 400 (completely upgrade), 3 lipos, and brand new dx7. The mest up part is the day i got robbed i was going to fly before i went to work and packed it all up in my carry case with 3 freshly charged lipos. i did not get to fly and left the case on my living room floor and the crook or crooks left all my other heli stuff and just grabed it because it was in a case along with 3,000.00 in other goddies and cash. heli was a blade 400 with a dark blue canopy all in a align 450 case with 2 black rectangles painted on each side covering the align logo.

of all things they took i was so upset over the heli just finished the upgrade hovered it 3 times was so happy with how much better it flew. blus my girlfriend was upset because she got me the dx7 for my birthday. well thanks to anyone whom took the time to read this.

I do not expect to get anything back, just wanted to share with all of you on runryder. if it just makes one person more aware to just lock up or secure your property i feel like i helped. they got 2 xbox 360's one playstation 3 watches cash among other things, and the damn crooks dumpped my dirty laundry bag to get away with the goods. just glad my girl did not walk in on them the expected time was close to the time she gets home from work, thank god she stop at the supermarket.

Really Sorry to hear about this!!

It has been awhile - but I clearly remember how violated I felt when that happened to me years ago.

For what it's worth... If you stay involved with the police a little - you have a much better chance of getting them to pay some extra attention to your case. I found that they need to truly understand that you are hoping and genuinely asking for extra effort on their part. That you really do care about having their help.

So much of this happening... it is easy to have your case get put aside as new ones come in.

I suggest putting up a seperate thread with pictures of your heli and your heli goods. This way anyone and everyone can view it and if it were ever to come up in a for sale section someone may identify it for you, just maybe... Sorry to hear of your bad luck .

Definitely notify the LHS's in the area, and go check out the pawnshops.....

After I got hit on my farm, I got tools and guitar amp back from a pawnshop 38 miles aways

The ATV,s took a while , but got those back, also.

RC stuff can be sat on or played with by the crooks, so it may take a while. Stolen RC stuff has walked into our LHS ....so keep your hopes up.

Why Hover a Yak, when a Heli does it better?

I, too, know how you feel, most especially about your home being violated.

Thank goodness no one was hurt. Property can be replaced but lives.......that's another story. Hope they find the bastard(s).

That sucks! My condolences. We work so hard for our toys and it only takes seconds to loose it all. The only thing I can suggest is that you seperate everything in your house and car and avoid having all the goodies in one spot. Just for future reference. That way if you become a victim you don't loose everything. Let them bastards work for it and don't make it easy on them.

thanks everone
yea i have bin looking on craigslist. but i did get a call from the detective on my case and he found my change jar that i listed as stolen. it was found in a hallwall 2 buildings down with the change in it. someone call reporting a break in in that building, must have dropped due to the weight it was a poland spring 1 gallon bottle 1/2 of change. just cant believe all that was lost but thankfull my girlfriend did not walk in on them. but thanks for all the support. i love this hobby i really do and i worked hard to get that heli and all that i lost with it. it was all brand new stuff only flew it 3 times. i have a raptor 50 but i wanted to get more comfortable on the little guy who is less exspensive to fix.
