bit of a rant.

I like my toys. We all do.

The last two kits I have purchased have required me to order parts that should have been included in the kit or are included but defective.

Protos missing thrust bearings.

Trex 250 swash pushrods were not threaded.

Bad Luck?

Is it just me?

Maybe I shouldnt go to vegas next month.

ANY ONE ELSE?

I've never had anything missing in a kit surprisingly.

I think it happens all over in different industries, hobbies, etc. Happens to my dad every now and then with his HO train stuff; he just emails/calls the company and they usually step right up...

Human error will creap in all over the place but you will find it is very rare for parts to be missing, well less than 1%. in my experience, and I have sold hundreds of kits.

Eric, I was just thinking. If you haven't finished the 250 build yet, you could run into a couple other things I've seen. Tail hub (everyone seems to know about this) I have newest ones now, seems to be the fix. Second some people are having issues with servos, but not many. Keep me posted, I can make your life easier.

You will find that the kits are weighed before being sent so any missing parts should show up. It would have to be a very small or light part for it not to be picked up.
