Hello everyone, I have one DP 149 RX for sale that Guaranteed not to be dead on arrival, not even been in a crash.

But I'll go a little further and tell you this, it does have 3 big dimples in it, antenna has been replaced at the edge of the case due to being ripped off but it was soldered really good now and 3 to 4 wires are holding it on still, and if you want pics I can post them.

Oh and by the way I bought it from someone here on RR and he said it wasn't in a crash either, so I dont really know how the dimples got in the case, maybe its just that it came new that way.

OK OK OK, when I bought it I should of had pics taken of it disassembled, and had every millimeter of the case examined, 4 to 5 pics would of done that right.

To all who may read, check your item very carefully, dont take any words that sound like the item is ok, or not been in a crash, or what have you, take the time to get pics, and ask the questions like any cuts in wires, dimples in the cases due to crashes.

Dont let yourself get an item in the mail and have happen to you what happened to me.
I thought I could trust the feedback and time the person has been on RR, but you cant.

By the way every person I have bought from here on RR and did not get what was leading me to believe, has made an effort to make it right except this one person I bought this RX from.

Oh and by the way I told him I didn't want my money back, I just wanted him to admit it wasn't as advertised.

And yes I am selling the RX, I should be able to get exactly what I paid for it a couple weeks ago, because its guaranteed to Not Be Dead On Arrival.
$60.00 shipped.

Before he got his hands on it I would have vouched for it but not now...

Dont buy it....

If anyone has any question about this receiver I purchased it off hoverking in the same condition I sold it in almost a month ago.

And btw... Nobody ripped the antenna but you sir probably trying to remove the silicone (with an exacto or buy pulling) which was only there to keep to fuel etc out of the case of the receiver...

I can honestly say I never crashed the receiver in anything, Hoverking told me he never had either, this is the info you were passed.

I vouched for the operation of the reciever and would still stand by it if you hadent disassembeled almost a month later BEFORE even trying it out...

Mailed on 21st of Dec, arrived 26th Dec, that would be two weeks from the time I got it, and everyone knows what the holidays are like.

Now lets get our story straight dont want to confuse the buyers.

And like I said, dont want the money back, just understanding how bad it is to make everyone think this is a RX worth 60 bucks.

Wait Im trying to sell a RX here, everyone it is worth 60 bucks, Guaranteed not to be dead on arrival.

Hey its Futaba, it can take a beating and keep on ticking.

any takers.
And I am only the third owner, I think, and its never been in a crash.

You mean fell off after I took the silicone off, glad I did, rather have it fall off in my hands instead of at the park where someone gets hurt do to a heli out of control.

Ouch.

Again everyone, slim is right I should of checked it out when I first got it, already admitted that one, that is why I am posting this to inform potential buyers of my RX for sale.

Wonder why no takers yet.

Um, that's what I do with all my purchases..... Check them when I get them... And to be honest, your slandering (libel) hoverking as well as me who is a loger standing member of RR than both of us...

I apologize the receiver wasn't up to your specs, wish you'd tested it before tearing it apart, and then blame me... And it WAS working perfect.

Have a good one...

If I do remember right you didnt get it shipped till 21st if I do recall in a PM I still have you telling me sorry for the delay due to the weather, ok for bad weather but not ok for the holidays.

Slim lets get it right now.

....................................................................

Its not about if it was working on arrival, its about it working for more than one to two flights before it took of to nevereverland on its own as the black antenna fell back into my hands out of the sky.

I have PM hoverking to ask how these dimples got into the case, and who soldered in the black antenna, and if he ever crashed a heli with this RX in it.

Im sure he will admit to the truth.
If it is the RX like you say it is slim, antennas can be replaced all the time the right way. its the dimples you seem not to mention that I am worried about.
You know the kind of dimples that come from crashes.
Unless you hit your RX with a pick to test them.
Anyone still want to buy this RX, I'll even solder in a new antenna, and it will be done professionally on the circuit board where its soldered in at the factory.

60 bucks shipped anyone.

Just checked out the pics on the RX that was sold to slim from who he bought it from, and the pics do not show any dimples in the case, it does show the antenna that it has on it now.

but slim told me he put silicone on the hole to keep gas from going into the RX while doing some maneuver.

But guess what everyone, it was sold to him with silicone, now why put silicone on a RX when it was already on it when sold to slim???????

Man this is getting good.

So where are all the people coming to your rescue here like you said they would??

And also, I know you spoke to hoverking via pm. He seems to think you didnt hear what you wantd and left it alone....

So whats up dude??? Still gonna try draggin me through the mud or do I need to start letting my friends in on the situation (of whom i've asked to stay at bay for the moment to see if youll retract some of the negatives you sent my way)..that have my back on the equipment I sold to you (these are the folks whom I fly with constantly and know me and my family on a personal level, not to mention ever single crash and every single heli I have had or do have.

Oh, and BTW the silicone did come on the antenna originally and there was a 1/2 mm spot where it needed to be re gooped so that's what I did. A little education for you as well, Backwards inverted flight is not a maneuver, a maneuver would be a slpit s, hurricane etc. Backwards inverted flight is just that and if you've ever do this fuel enters the canopy and everthging in the canopy, receivers, servos, gryos etc.... Especially on the 600N.

So come on lets see some of the perry mason detective work your soo good at.... Or maybe your leads are running out perry... Poor perry...

Lets make one thing perfectly clear though.... I'll never apologise for something that was given in perfectly good operational condition, then taken apart (probably by a gorrilla and an exacto). That's why I said I feel sorry YOU FEEL LIKE YOU GOT HAD, but you didn't....

Once again,

Good luck with your sale..

Tell me why hasn't it sold for me??????

If you do have the experience like you do, and have the friends you do, and think you know what you know.

If the dimples in the case look normal to you, then I can just imagine what you fly, and who you fly with, any normal person would look at that RX you sold to me, and see that it had been in a crash, no Perry needed on that, so obvious it had been in a crash I would even send the RX to futaba to ask them if it has been in a crash, lets let the professional decide.

When you stated it had not been in a crash you knew that was wrong, and you stated an untrue statement and you know it.

You keep talking about the antenna, Im talking about the obvious dimples in the case showing signs of it being in a crash.

What makes you look guilty is when you try and pass on to me that I was the one doing the damage to the RX, why would I, I told you I was going to keep it, I dont want my money back, it was my fault that I did not investigate it further.

All this is to help others not buy without checking things out better before they buy, and for you to come back to earth and realize what a damage RX looks like after a crash, and not lead others to believe it had not been in a crash.

And if you want the dogs to come out, we can let the dogs out if you like.
The ones watching are the ones waiting for the person who sold to do the right thing.

By the way stay out of my thread, as I am trying to sell this RX, go to spam section to report your bad dealings.
Or PM me if you want to do the right thing, and come clean

This is what hoverking first told me when I asked him if it had been in a crash, and if he soldered in the antenna.
You told me slim and everyone else who reads this that you asked hoverking if it had been crashed, and you said slim that hoverking told you no it had not.
So hoverking the RX you sold slim, was it in a crash, my guess is he cant recall.???????

Oh based on my perry work, your deal with hoverking was only in middle of Aug of last year.

So where did all the damage on the RX come from, Oh I know, the mailman did it.
I would of never guessed, someone opened the package and hit the RX with a pick hammer couple times.
Thats it..

Hi biglahou

The receiver has not been in any crashes... Granted the case is not the prettiest ever it has been in many aircraft of mine. The receiver was promised not to be DOA, which its in perfect working order sir. If you dont believe me do a range check and then a full climbout... I gaurantee you'll not have an issue (i never did). The antenna was NEVER resoldered! The silicon gromment came loose and I only siliconed it to keep to fuel out when doing backwards inverted flight.

Im sorry you feel that you got had... But I never vouched for the looks of the receiver. ONLY the performance...

Release the EVIL!!!!

""GRANTED THE CASE IS NOT THE PRETTIEST EVER"", dont you think this was an important point to list in your add, like 95 percent of all people selling here on RR with integrity lists in their adds, I bet you didnt want to post that point, as you knew it would hurt the sale, because it would cause the buyer to ask for pics, and the pics would of shown the deep impressions "dimples", that show signs of a crash, and you would loose the sale, or not get as much on the sale.

NEVER VOUCHED FOR THE LOOKS OF THE RX,
I know you didnt, it would of killed the sale.......
This is your PM to me, your words, words that would of been nice to see in the add.

Im glad a person like me bought this, and not someone with little experience that could of lost a costly heli over it, or someone getting hurt from a out of control heli..

If people like you are flying RX like this, and you are flying heli's like this, look around at the damage a heli can do, to others around you, or yourself. STUPID is stupid does..

Not only junk parts but he has admitted to missing parts on the RX,
Jimmy rig the RX with silicone then sell it.
he feels that when you sell an item and its missing parts its ok because it passes a range test.

Hey, This crap of selling junk part has got to stop and I'm sure that 99% of RR will agree with me....... I think you could stand behind something you sale....... That could of hurt someone......
I have been here from the first and I'm sick of this... Do I need to post this in the main discussion and see what they have to say about JUNK PARTS.... I have a buddy list of over 200 and I'm sure they all will have something to say....

Futaba DP 149 RX
Sounds like biglahou should be called BIGYAHOO instead.

I have seen most of the items Slim Pickins has ever sold if not all of them and not once has it ever been a piece of crap like BigYahoo says!
He is probably the one who crashed his heli and then blames everyone else for his short comings!
Dude, if you wanted a brand new receiver then you should have bought it from Rick's or Tower or wherever.
Instead you try to bad mouth Slim Pickins just to try and gain popularity within the RunRyder community, that's pretty cheap.
Granted, that receiver didn't look the best, but it was functional and in fact I borrowed it to test fly one of my birds in my back yard.
So don't go slandering Slim because you were expecting a new receiver, you got what you paid for and was working at the time too.
Suck it up !!! Loser !
Go dig some potatoes Idaho !

I wondered why the Heli kept getting bigger....then it hit me!

Tired of junk parts? Don't be cheap and buy new.

Junk to one might not be to another.

This bighole or whatever his nick is, has a loooot of time on his hands to type so much...

"case has dimples, case has dimples, bla bla bla".

Did you check the performance of the receiver BEFORE you decided to go "perry" on it?

Was it working? No? Did you ask for your money back? No?

Let it go, don't be a cry baby. Or is that time of the month??

Where are the moderators here????

And YES, we are Slim's friends! We know how he flies and how he helps everyone else, and how he shares his knowledge with us!

We wouldn't be trusting our expensive equipment with someone that we didn't think was safe or knew what he is doing.

Get over, your receiver doesn't look new cause it is not. It was working before you tried to "fix it".

Over and out.
