to start. some grips have delta and when you flip them it changes the flight characteristics, but grips like the Trex 500 and 600 have 0 delta so it does not make a difference....
i could go on and one, but honestly just do a search, there are threads and threads of this question.

You definitely need to fix that head for 0 delta (pitch rod in the center of the head) for a good flybarless setup. Incorrect head conversion is the largest cause of problems with flybarless setups.

Once it’s 0 delta then LE or TE does not make any difference.

well now that i see the pictures, you have to have the link align with the main-shaft for zero delta

Thank,s I have a better clue now and will get longer ball standoffs for the blade grips. I did a search but did not have a good idea of what problems to look for until I got into it.Any other suggestions?

The control ball on the blade grip has to be further out from the main shaft. On the 600 and 700 size helis 30mm or more is normal. With your setup you will have too much blade pitch travel. Moving the balls in on the servo arms will help a little but you'll probably need more reduction some where else, hence the reason to move the balls further out on the grips.
