My align B6T will not start the engine if the temp is below 40F. I can keep it inside and it works great but take it to the field when it is 30F outside it doesn't fire the glow plug. I am running a common sense 2s 7.4v 2200 mah lipo and I charge it before I take it out. Where is my problem. Is this just more disappointing crap from Align?

Last time I went out flying I had to wiggle the wire on the glow plug so that it'd make a good connection. The alligator clip is actually worn down from vibrating against the plug tip so the connection is getting bad. I'd suspect some type of connection that is getting worse in the cold weather.

I considered that
I did the same thing and it did no good. I removed the alligator clip and used my old glow starter so that I could fly. This has happened three times. Each time out, after I got home I would leave the heli in the house for a few hours then take it to the garage (not having charged the lipo) and the B6T would start it with no problem. Again I think this is just more disappointing crap from Align.
