Im quite the fan of Enya #3's. But if your running 30% its probibly not a good idea to run that hot of a plug

Enya 3 or Os 8 are good choices for most engines.

My stock Redline plug gave up the ghost pretty quickly so I switched to an Enya #3 on 20% nitro. No issues and she's running like a top!

Not to thread steal, but I had another plug related question. My new TT 53 came with a redline R3 plug. My local hobby shop does not sell thunder tiger plugs (or atleast I don't think so). If am going to have to switch to OS8 or some other alternative when the R3 plug goes, will this change the tuning on the motor? Would I be better off not using the R3 if I am going to change at some point?

I had the same thoughts so I just stuffed the ole R3 in the engine for the purpose of break in. Might as well trash what they gave you first. I ran a few gallons through the engine pretty rich and when the plug started acting up I tossed it and went for the Enya #3. Didnt notice any tuning issues other than it ran alot better with a fresh plug in it.
