Trying to remove the main shaft from a Twister CP gold, got both pins out, bottom pin hole is nasty so shaft is not going to come out that way top pin hole on main shaft not bad but there seems to be catching and unable to slide swash plate off, any advice on solving this problem?

It sounds like you have burrs on your main shaft... when I've had this problem before, I would use a jewelers file and file the burrs off the mainshaft, right where the pin goes through. Just a guess, hope it's helpful!

I used to have the same problems with my Blade CP Pro years ago... Seems they make those main shafts out of the softest steel they can...lol! Good luck, hope it works out for you!

Yeah, those little heli's get tossed around a bit in the wind. Well, good luck to you, and I hope everything goes good for you. If I can help you out with anything else, let me know... just PM me.
