or how to get them
If you figured out how to enable the 120 degree, 3-servo CCPM swash option in the system menu, when you go to the normal settings menu that lets you do the pitch/throttle curves, reversing...etc., find the SWASH MIX menu, enter it, and voila...you're there.

X9303 manual
Sorry about your dissatisfaction with the manual. I wrote the manual and unfortunately there are time and space constraints involved in producing a manual of this magnitude. The swashplate value functions the same for Futaba as well as JR. They affect the overall travel for that function. It's important to note that a negative value is also available allowing the function to be reversed. If you ever have any questions about our products we have a full time staff of knowledgeable modelers in Product Support that would be happy to talk you through any programming issues. the manual is not much help for a beginner, its like it was written for experts
In all honesty, I dont think the 9303 is meant for beginners. It is geared more towards the advanced flier that has a need and understanding of the functions AND the ability to use them while in flight. But between the radio AND heli manual(most anyway) it will not only tell you what the swash menu is but also the recommended settings for that particular heli.

I did flip through my CD manual yesterday and found it to be very easy to read and well written for its intended purpose.

IMO - The 9303 manual is way better than the Futaba manual.

On the other hand the manual is not for beginners, nor experts for that matter. The manual explains what the dials and buttons do. The manual does not explain RC heli swash theory. But..., It does show which servo goes where. That bit of information is for beginners, and the forgetful expert.

Although I'm not a big fan of "Rays Authoritative" DVD's, he does have a DVD explaining the functions on the 9303. Beware a majority of the content is beyond boring, and he uses Porn music?

Heli manual?
I am assuming that you are using the Heli manual.

There are three different ones;
Airplane
Sailplane
Heli
