Ok...back with another question and being new to this posting thing I was not sure wether to start another or not.....anyway....
One of my servos has striped the gears....and another feels like it may be on the way out. I robbed some gears from my mini-t (poor thing!) for the first one. Should I upgrade to something like a 65HB or 65MG? or do I just buy a few sets of stock gears?

There are some complications with upgrading to the Hitecs (while still using a stock radio). They are reversed from what comes stock in it. The only way to make the pitch travel in the right direction is with a grip flip and the servo reverse switches. If your using an aftermarket radio with a swash mix menu, then no problems.

I still have the e-flite radio (FM). Not upgraded it "yet"! I think I will go with the gear sets for now and when I upgrade my radio buy new servos. Thanks for the input!

Just a thought....why can I not just reverse the dip switches on my stock e-flite radio if I use the Hitec servos?

I can't remember the details, its been a long time since I sold my CP. I did use the reverse switches and got the cyclic right, but then the collective pitch was backwards(reason I did the grip flip). If I remember correctly, you can reverse each channel output, but cannot reverse how they work together ie..like the swash menu on aftermarket radios can.
