They make a little more noise, but performance is not noticeable.

You will see the new canopy very soon.

I am working with Phoenix and with help from Tom B., we have the new canopy on the model. Just need to get a few tweaks in and I'll approve it for release.

The new canopy will also be seen at Nuremberg... Corrado has 2 prototypes there. The plan is for them to be available with the CF kits...

You may not prefer the align looking canomod canopy but, it is easier to see then the stock colors (with white snow on the ground)

The yellow goes a long way for better visibility.

Is it this one? I saw this one on a show in Asia and it's clear like car bodies.

Simmer, you are right on that one, it snowed here 2 days ago, and I had a he!! of a time seeing my Protos, that white blends right in when you are flying next to snow covered hills... I can't wait to see what canopies Corrado and the guys at MSH have coming out.

I really like the screen profile from the original prototype.
Looks aggressive, and leaves many options open to either vinyl graphics or paint.
I love the stock paint scheme on the ground, but in the air its hard to keep orientation, unless you fly 10 ft from yourself lol.

you know I do really like the stock scheme, but havent flown with it and could tell it would be a bear to see in the snow. Too bad really. Decals or bright colors help alot.

Is there a Nuremberg thread anywhere? (Always interested in seeing new goodies )

I won't post until until I get permission, it wouldn't be right. (I hate keeping secrets - like the 450 that's on the way, but now that that information is out... )

Yes, Corrado has had a prototype for quite some time now.

He was debating on that or another size that he also is prototyping, but finally determined that 450 was the way to go right now. We will see a prod prototype at IRCHA...

I really wish he had gone with a Logo 500 size instead. They are enough 450's out there already and I just don't see going back to that size. Way too small for me.

I can understand that.

Would have been nice to have 2 new ones But based on our discussions, I think he made a good decision right now... Don't worry, good things come to those who wait
