Not a heli but I got a ducted fan electric jet Arf kit for a gift. Turns out the fan motor, ESC and battery (4S) will probably run me over $100 or more. Gonna try it with a 3S to see if it will fly.

Been trying to save $ for another 6S battery but things keep comming up ;(

I see they have a variety of popular batteries in stock.

For a while, it seemed they were out of everything.

I just ordered 5 of these.

I had them notify me when the 25C 2200 packs were back in stock, then I ordered 6 of them. Hopefully they will be here Monday.

just ordered from jags, thus far in the past week it's been blades, frame stiffener, bat tray, swash leveler, and now the entire tail set from HBK3 to replace the HBK2 tail set up, by the end of the day i'm sure i'll be spending some more $$$ on parts, off i go to charge bats and fly a bit later when the wind dies down, have a couple of ALAMS that are empty as back up if winds are too strong...i'll have to mount a micro-cam as i chase camels across the desert...it's getting hotter as the days go by, 108 at 9am on the airfield...ahhh kuwait gotta hate it!!!

converting over to the "Dark Side"...Trex 450 clone...HBK2 still #1

Here they are

I checked the internal resistances of all and they are very close says the iCharger. I am charging them now and I think it is time to remake my "Baby vs Abuse" thread but with some new packs, packs I actually use.

What were the Values TJ?
I'd like to compare them to my Zippy-H batteries which were all between 7 and 8 milli-ohms per cell (charged).

The iCharger reported they were all between 9 and 13 mohms when I first got them. I have not checked to see it that changes after they are charged.

Edit: Ok I checked the packs after they were charged and they were anywhere from 6-10 mohms. Then I ran a pair and recharged them at 2C on the Cellpro where it reported 4-6 mohm but remember that the Cellpro results vary greatly by charge rate and I was charging them pretty fast, hence the lower numbers.

Spent money on a Plank.
Well, my Wife did for my Birthday that was back in Feb.
Here is what I got:
http://www.nitroplanes.com/ka5053nigas3.html

The kit looks awesome for what she paid for it.
I have an OS. 46 that will go into it.
I'd transplant my Electric plank setup from anther plane into it but my OS .46 was not in a plane since I got my 19 year old OS .40 engine working agan and back into what I had it in.

I wanted a nitro so I could get the power I need w/o buying more batteries. This will be my new Lunchtime plane so that I can fly both Helis and a small yet powerful Plank. I had been flying a small electric foamie as well as the Grayson but I'm getting bored with the foamie and I think I will use the Grayson for flying at the local park or the side of my building when my lunch breaks need to be shorter.
