What are the chances of noise being generated and interfering with a 2.4 radio?

That wouldn't really generate noise. I'd be more concerned about the rigidity of your frame.

+1 on what emag said.

I wouldn't fly with a cracked frame no matter how big.

depending where the crack is, and how bad it is, you may get away with it, but i would still prefer to change it with a new one. i wont fly any of my helis at all if i know something is wrong with them. it isnt worth hurting someone or paying for a crash and replacing the frames anyways.

But if it isn't in a structural area, you could put a dab of thin CA into the crack to help it out.

got a pic of your crack?....on the heli i mean.

Haven't you heard we have to change the word CRACK to something else as it has offended a few on RR that have equated the term to be a drug term

A bit of CA in there will work and you could sister another piece over the crack.
