make sure you balanced the fan/clutch hub asembly before installing it onto the engine.

also wouldn't be a bad idea to check and correct the balance on the head and tail assemblies if needed.

also make sure your engine is properly tuned! If it's running really rich it'll give a model a lot of vibrations.

How do you balance the fan/clutch ass. Do you drill holes?

Update I just pulled the clutch and placed it on my DuBro true truner/balancer and one side is heaver than the other. Also when I checked the clutch on the engine with the dial indicator it was out like 4 thou.

regarding the run-out, try changing the position of the hub on the crank and check again and see if you can get .002" or better.
