611 stripped down my gears
Hi guys today i installed a brand new 611 in my 600N.

The settings were like that
Limit 105% both ways
Input delay 15
Output delay 50
Gain 31% in Idle up

I hovered it,seemed to be fine and when i hit idle up
without touching anything it stripped the torque tube gears

I landed it and i couldnt understand what happened

So i replaced the gears and what i did is i put in the servo
horn in more inner hole. The limit became 145 both sides.

I used 37% gain for normal flight mode(1700rpm)
and 34% for idle up (2100rpm)
It seemed that needs more gain but i was afraid to do it.

What i didnt like was that from the one side pirouette (tail left,
nose right)it didnt stop quite good..it's sliding a bit.

Apart from that it seems to fly good

I really dont know what is the problem

Any ideas?

Thanks

also i read that some guys recommend 120 for limit.
In the one hole my limit is 105 max and in the more inner 145

Is there any horn that can make it like that?

Forgot to mention i use the bls251 servo

You sure you set the delays on the L/H and R/H side?? You should be looking for about 11mm on the servo horn.

A std Futaba 4 star horn will give you that, or drill a futaba 30mm disc.
