Raptor 50 XeroG set up
Hello everyone!
I have burn 10 tanks on my XeroG and I can say it is a better heli than the original Rappy(not that I underestimate the Raptors)
Yet I have a question.
It is supposed that at 0 degrees pitch, the wash out mixing arms should be parallel the one to the other.Mine are not.The heli has a direct link system and I run a Kasama head an a QUK swashplate(not the original Xero G swashplate)I have altered the long bladegrip pushrod length so that I can have 0 pitch degrees with 90 degrees centered/neutral servo arms but the only thing that is not correct is the mixing arms.(not parallel)
Yug,Northernlights,XeroG and every other XeroG pilots, what do you suggest for a solution?
Thank you.

If you look at the Kasama mixing lever the ball is lower on the short arm, the arm itself is lowered at an angle.

You are correct but I would like to make them parallel.I would like to see a symmetrical move.

I think the short arm is off-set 3 degrees neg. I don't know if this will help you?

Washout:- it doesn't matter too much if it is not exactly parallel at 0 degrees but the closer the better. Tweek the bell-hiller links.

The mixer balls are offset and I've found it best if at 0 degrees pitch, the long arm side of the mixer is parallel. Adjust the grip linkage to acheive this.

As a general rule, start setup from the horns and end up at the grip links getting each bit correct along the way.

BTW, the balls on the swash servo horns need to be at 22mm for minimum interaction.
