Yes the servo is too slow!
I have a GV-1 installed in my R90 with a DS-589 (speed 0.21) and it works just fine! Maybe runing the 9304 with 5.8V (Aign governor) would be ok

w12martin--it might work, isnt that a high tourqe servo? i had the align gov i thought it worked preaty good for what it was,i think the gv-1 is probably a better gov with a faster processor..but it is alot more expensive! i just sold a 9256 for 60 bucks a few days ago...to bad i didnt catch you then! i think .7 is plenty fast!dude..wheres my heli?????ama#902014

I think the futaba 9304 was a high-torque servo (69.5oz torque). Its replacement is the S-9202.

Come on guys. dont you remember the ar7000 antenas breaking all the time??? so you heat shrink wrap them at the end and problem solved. I have one and no problems at all. I poped it open and put a bit mor soulder on it to make sure it did not come off then it took so heat shrink and put it on the antena and plastic tab the antena sticks out so its nice and secure and you cant bend it to much. then i took a bit of CA to make sure it did not slide off. simple fix and very well worth it. also it has a built in step down volt regulator for throt, gyro, gear. it also has a unregulated side for your throt or gear ch. It is about the easiest receiver out there. it has built in limmiter to. so it has 3 things in one. how easier can that get? now if it only had a glow ignitor then it would be unbeatable. Come on Dustin I told you all about it and highly suggest you get one for you 700 you will get a lighter bird that way. and a lot less items to hook up and stick all over. It makes for clean install and works sweet. a little antena breaking off is not going to cause a crash either. I am running 2 remote receivers as well. no worries.Fly Hard,Crash Hard,Upgrade, Align,AMA#906056

Yeah but you dont
LOL you don't have to do that to it if you don't want to. Its a 2 min fix and I did it as a precautionary measure thats it. Mine was fine even after pulling it out about 50 diff times to mess with the limiter. Oh and its 199$ for a new one but still worth every penny. If you add up a Volt regulator and Gov and receiver. you are well over $200 and you don't have 3 items all over the heli and trying to find a place for them. But what ever you want. I just would not let a few guys who's antenna ripped off scare me away from that. Its a select few. There have been thousands and thousands sold and no problems. as I said you will not have to worry about a crash due to a antenna coming out. you would never even notice it was broke off.
