Dang, thats a bunch!! You need to try and come to the Toledo show this year and get a bunch of cases! Wonder if they would give you any hassle though going back to Canada? Check out magnum fuel maybe they can ship you a barrel! It would save you enough money to make all your stuff FBL!!Bald Pilots usually wear hats!

is the ds fuel the one with no nitro in it? if it is yes we have used it and its great fuel just have to remove all shims in your head as it likes high compression. and runs a little ritcher but its good fuel and a little cheaper. it has the same performance that the nitro fuels have as wellWHAT DO YOU MEAN ITS NOT SET UP FOR THAT, OH THATS WHAT YOU MEAN

Yep thats the stuff! I talked to Buzz from Magnum the other day and asked him about it, and thats what he said too!
It looks like the weather around here is not going to be very good for the weekend, but next week looks promising, at least some above freezing temps and SUNSHINE! That makes a guy wanna get out and fly! I have been putting a lot of Sim time in this winter, hopefully it helps me this coming season, because I was getting discouraged by the end of the season last year! Way too many crashes!

thats understandable sonny it can be a bit discouraging at times i guess im one of the lucky ones. the first 600 i have built and flue for most of the year has never crashed yet but my second one crashed once due to radio issues caused by a faulty 2 in 1 regulator and my 500 has gone down 4 or 5 times and one time due to a faulty 2 in 1 regulator the other times was operator error. my 700 went down one time due to a failed boom in mid air. boom colided with the blades.
but been spread acrost a 16 month period sence i started flying. so i feel like im the lucky one. altitude is definatly your friend and im on the sim every nignt i can be. i still get freaked out when im doing certin stuff like inverted hovering and nose in hovering but is all a mental thing. the sim will teach you muscle memory and thats whats important. i have bailed out of what i thaught was a crash more times than i can remember with out knowing how i pulled out if it.

hay sonny my buddy is testing a new fuel from magnum and its looking verry promising. its a 30% nitro blend but after having 10 gallons of the normal nitro fuel run through his 90 it had the usual red staining from the other fuel and after unning a fue tanks of the new fuel all the staining was gone and the motor looked like brand new inside. he is still in the testing stage but the fuel is awesome the only draw back that i could see is it smokes a bit more and the fuel residue covers the heli but its well oiled WHAT DO YOU MEAN ITS NOT SET UP FOR THAT, OH THATS WHAT YOU MEAN

My crashes are mostly due to dumb operator! Losing orientation and trying stuff I'm not ready for! I get bored just hovering and want to be able to fly it around in circuits. Sometimes I did it other times not! Had a battery fall out once, had servo's go bad, the gears must have been tore up and I didn't know it! But I have spent a whole bunch of time on the sim this winter and am able to do a lot more without crashing, so here's hoping for a better year!!!!
What sim are you flying?

The snow is falling now Sonny... just in time to make the drive home a nightmare, but tomorrow the winds will be a bit less, and I'm gonna fly, I don't care if it's snowing or not!

Tomorrow I pick up my new engine, its a O.S. 18400 .91 SZ-H PH-HYPER W/PUMP

I'm also ordering the TZ 90 tonight, along with a MP6 90 pipe, a set of 710mm stickbanger blades, but still debating on servos. I'll have to see how much money I have left

Wow, the canopy looks great....

I just ordered my .90! And the MP6 and a pair of Stickbangers.... I decided to try out the new Turnigy High Voltage cyclic servos
and the new tail servo

these servos are FAST.... the cyclics take up to 12v thats 3S unregulated... whew! So I ordered the AR7000 Heli version with the built in regulator for the tail servo and throttle servo...

Lets hope they live up to their specs...

You'll have a bunch of people watching those servo's! Myself included. I hear tell that a shift to the higher voltage is among us. Not just the 150.dollar ones either! I ordered my other Frenzy 50 for parts and its already shipped!! Same day I ordered it! Wow! Just got home from a wedding and am pooped otherwise I would spin up the new bird and take it out for a drive!! I'll have to read the revlock manual again to make sure i have it right! Check the pitch and will be good to go!Bald Pilots usually wear hats!
