Woo Hoo!! Oh yeah baby!! Way to go Odam!! Not only did you help us all who read and watch your progress, but you won a prize too!! Awsome! Man! what are you gunna do with all that money! At least you can get a couple pairs of blades maybe! But every little bit helps, and Lord knows you paid your dues, and like me, still paying them! Too cool though. That Jesus bolt one, should have won you big big bucks, that was way cool! Well, not at the time for you, but its a winner!!

Both were actually minor crashes. The first one is my JR Voyager E, and it was very cold out, and what you see is the wooden blades exploding, and the white shrink wrap shattering since it was so cold. I think it broke a couple links but that was it other than the blades.

The second one, well, the only damage there was the 4 links holding the rotor head to the swash plate. The entire head just went up and eventually settled softly on the grass, no damage at all. Just like those little zip-pull rotor toys...

In the second one it looked like you keep fling the head all the way up and down, great concentration so as not to lose the parts!

Seems to be ok, although sometimes I still lose orientation in turns. This from not being able to tell which way the heli is leaning! I'm sure there is a term for that, but it slips my mind right now! What version of RF do you have? I can fly for quite a long time before crashing most of the time. But now and then it gets me!

I use a blaze orange tail feathers and stripes on the tops of blades to keep her straight in turns at a distance.

Don't worry sonny you will get it. I had a difficult time for a while on the sim also. But I found the real thing was much easier than the sim for orientation.

I finally got out to fly the TZv2.50 (Frenzy) yesterday. I haven't flown in almost a month, but if felt good...

There are lots of weird noises in this video, another guy was trying to get his plane started, and his starter was slipping, and making weird noise.

I don't have the governor enabled yet, but here's the video...

I do like the MAH blades.... I just happened to pick up a pair of RADIX SB's from a friend at a great price, and want to try them again. I've only used them once before, over a year ago, and I got 4 1/2 minutes of flight on them and I crashed doing an auto, and broke them I decided then that spending that much money on blades was out of the question, at least till I got to the point where I was not crashing all the time.
