Here in San Antonio TX there's no tornado's or anything like that, I can't even remember when the last earthquake happened but it sure was a REALLY long time ago!!

That pic is a water spout. It was taken through our web cam. It was on the front page of the local paper. No one was hurt.

Holy 3D! he he

Well, not yet, but getting closer every day. I just got back from my afternoon flights, took the Blade 400 over to the local school parking lot, and was doing my usual, practicing flips, and decided that since my forward flips were holding in one place most of the time, I'd try them a little lower... then a little lower, and finally, I was doing them at eye level! and I got it on video... and I brought the Blade 400 home in one piece! still working! he he

I think everyone must be buried under a snowbank... It sure is quiet in here.

I was out this morning but only flew one pack, so at lunch time I went crazy, flew 4 packs, till I crashed. I was expecting to crash though, I was pushing further and harder than ever, and man, what a rush! At 40 seconds in you can hear the blades scrape the ground...

Check this out...

Man Odam!! You got some big balls!! How do you say that in spanish?? You must have gotten a rush!! So risky to do that at that altitude! Right from take off. You Go ODAM!!!
I was practicing forward flight on the simulator today and that seems hard enough!! Its so hard to see with any kind of perspective, especially when you are coming back at yourself!

Thanks guys... it sure is a rush, it was really cool to hear the blades rub the ground, he he... can't get much lower than that, and still keep it in the air

Flying toward you is scary, not so much in the sim, but when you see them spinning blades coming in about head high on a real heli, he he...

I have the most problems making an outbound turn at that point. In the sim I come whipping in, and pull a nice tight turn right in front of my face, and go racing away again.

Yeah, I didn't fly tonight, but I could have... I got the 400 fixed at lunch time after my mishap, but didn't get a chance to test it out so I just left it at home, I was already late getting back to work... I'll probably take it out front for a quick test hover.. Gotta be careful now cause tomorrow night is the indoor flying, gotta make sure its in tip top shape... and I'll finally get to fly the vapor....

GEEEEEEZ Odam...You ROCK!!! I'm gone for a little while and....WOW Great job everybody! I'm still not working, but have an interiew on Wednessday. Also starting a home business...Stay tuned for further info. I'm tired of giving my soul to some one else to make them rich, and getting the short end...if you know what I mean. Sooooo on the Heli side my T-rex AKA Chopper is done and I must say I sure can tell the difference between the Helimax and Align. My Sexie rexie is WAAAAAAAAY more stable???? I'm not sure if it's the quality or what. Still couldn't afford the new cnc tail...so I used the "red" cnc from the helimax. With a small amount of adapting (the tail is better and longer with the rex) it works rock solid. Got to fly with all my friends this last Sat. What a perfect day! Well hope all is well with everyone?? Talk sooon. TEAM B.S. -4 ever
