I had a similar issue and sometimes still have some shakes when spinning up or down. Most of the problem was the main blades but the other thing that helped was lubing the dampeners really well. Mine were really freaking tight when new and I think that was not allowing the spindle to move at all. The other thing I had to learn was to "push through" some of the vibes and then it would smooth out.

Here is a video I took when I was dealing with the problem. It doesn't show it very well but there was a ton of vibs before the hopping around part.
