looks like she has a skin disorder and wanted to cover it up, then wanted to scam (some people are always trying to scam someone else...) the news, public, etc... for her 15 mins of fame.

Living in Portland we see more weird stuff that people do to their bodies tats, inserts, piercings, colored hair, military boots & dresses, lots of goth, etc... some you would love to see whats under the covers, others you just wonder what was going through their minds...350QX

Turns out the teen DID request all 56 stars but her dad was (understandably) upset about the whole thing so she made up the story...

So...tattoo guy...just doing what he was told...not using good judgement...but none the less innocent even if he does look like a freak.When in doubt...auto out
