The one with more of the pool is more appealing to me. Would be spot on if it was just a tad wider at the top of the building and the pool.

Nice work.

I agree
The one with the pool is a better representative of the property. However, the critical eye tells me the shot is crooked. A good way to help get pick your shots or correct them for level is to have an alignment grid (or use your imagination) and align the center with the vertical line. If the lens has barrel distortion, you'll at least have the distortion "centered".

Other than needing leveled, you are on the right track.

You could be a little lower, no need to see so much roof.

You would prefer to have a bit more area above the top of the building (watch your edges) and if possible have the entire property line within the shot. I only say that because you are almost there.

As far as the perspective distortion, you should always clean that up in photoshop anyway. Will not be a "true" view, but the building being straight up and down will be more appealing.

keepin' it real

Thanks for the feedback
We were on site taking pre construction photos of the lot to the left where they will be building a 17 story building and we will document if monthly until completion. We swung the camera around and shot a few of this one while in the air for fun. I think it would have looked nicer centered up from the front but we already had the bird up pretty high and far away.
