If it spins out of control you have a tail problem. Therefore you need to make sure everything back there is OK.

We need to know what was replaced in the crash as well as anything you removed during the repairs.

Are you tail blades/tail servo/gyro going the right way?

this may sound mean but, either you broke something else or you put it together wrong. do what other people said if it spins check everything that has to do with tail control
belt tension
belt rotation
gyro and correction
tail servo
linkage
tail rotors facing correctly
servo or horn got flipped on assembly

Maybe you turned you belt inside out or twisted it too many times.

You keep describing them as being loose-thats a little vague and can mean a lot. is there slop in the servo? Can you move the servo arm back and forth without hearing clicking? Well, to make them the same, take all of the servo arms off and set them as closely as you can to one another.

Is the swashplate level? that can explain a lot, uncontrolability.

Are the blades tracking? Is your mainshaft bent? are any of your other servos stripped? are your servos going in the wrong direction?

Stripped a servo gear? Or maybe you are getting some sort of binding and the swash plate is not returning to a level setting after a control input. If it is the later it would kind of be like trying to fly it drunk. It would move one way then you correct for it but then the swash does not return exactly so you have to correct again. It is a lot harder to fly like this. As for the spinning, does it just start to spin uncontrollably? If so maybe one of the pinion gears is loose on the belt drive, or maybe your tail hub is slipping on the tail shaft.

Start from square one ,I don't know which way the head and tail spin on the blade , i'm going to assume cw on the mains and ccw on the tail but reguardless check the rotation , check belt tension . Move onto tail control , to every action on the tail is an opposite reaction , sound familar ?? Left rudder equals pitch slider moving to the right, Right rudder , pitch slider moves to the left .Make sure your pitch slider is not binding when feeding in left and right rudder.Moving to the gyro if all the above checks out fine , gyro direction , same as stick direction .I forgot to metion do all of your checking from the tail of the heli until you get a routine of your own . Pull tail of the heli to the right , pitch slider should be moving to the left, pull the tail to the left pitch slider should be moving to the right .Check all linkage to the tail make sure everything is MOVING FREELY . If this does'nt get you out of the tail spin I would start looking for vibe issues that are setting the gyro nuts . I went through a similar deal and was about to pull my hair out and the issue came down to a vibration that made the gyro go nuts at about 1/4 throttle on .Keep us posted and show some pix , we get tired of looking at our own sh!t crashed Hope this helps . One more thing make sure the tail hub isn't loose on the tail shaft .

If you're not living on the edge you're just taking up space !
